Q. Are the pieces food safe?
Unless specifically mentioned, such as in the metallic pieces, our ceramics are food safe and dishwasher safe.
Q. Are there specific care instructions?
For long-term durability, we recommend hand washing with warm water and a mild soap if necessary. Porcelain ceramic behaves similar to glass and is therefore sensitive to sudden and drastic temperature changes. Extreme cold, such as placement in a freezer, and boiling water should be avoided.
Q. How long after I place my order will it ship?
Please allow up to 5 business days for orders to ship. We provide complimentary shipping for orders made within continental USA.
Q. Can I return my purchase?
We accept returns made in continental USA only. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order. A return label is included with every domestic purchase. If the piece is returned damaged or broken we will not be able to refund you for the lost goods.
We do not accept international returns.
Q. Do you offer international shipping?

You are responsible for paying VAT and Duty charges if you are purchasing from a country whose borders require a fee on imported goods. The postal service will request you to pay this import fee. If duty is not paid and your order is shipped back to us and arrives safely, we will refund you for the piece minus any additional cost of return shipping. If duty is not paid and the package is abandoned, we are unable to refund you for the lost goods. If the piece is returned damaged or broken we will not be able to refund you for the lost goods.
